DEPOSITS: 50% non refundable deposits are required for services 3 hours long or more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All appointments require a email or text confirmation in order to maintain the slot just for you. If you must cancel, we ask that you do so with a minimum of 24 hour notice as a courtesy to the stylist, So that we may be able to refill the time slot for our other guest on our waiting list. Please keep in mind we are understanding of unfortunate last minute changes but, failure to give us a 24 hour notice will result in full service fee charge.
GRATUITIES:
All tipping is left to the discretion of our Guest. However, tipping must be done in cash; tips unfortunately cannot be added onto credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and cash. No personal checks.
DAY OF APPOINTMENT:
All of our guest are welcomed to come 10 mins early; we're located inside Phenix Salon suites, Suite 150 in Garden City NY, Conveniently minutes away from Roosevelt field mall and in a shopping plaza. Parking is FREE. We do ask if you're running a few minutes late please let your stylist know. If you're 30 minutes late or more and we are not able to accommodate your tardiness, unfortunately you will need to reschedule. Over 30 minutes late is a $30 additional fee.
